COVID 19 Update

We are excited to see our patients again!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our clinic might look a little different these days. Same friendly people and attentive service you have grown to know, with added safety precautions to keep everyone safe. These are the changes that you can expect when you come in for your next eye appointment.

We ask that everyone (> 2 y/o) coming to the clinic wear a facial covering (cotton mask is perfectly acceptable).

Please do not bring any food or beverages into the office.

Our lovely KOC greeter will meet you at the front door. A COVID-19 risk questionnaire will be done, and your temperature will be taken. We will ask everyone that is entering the clinic to sanitize their hands.

Everyone in the clinic will be wearing facial masks and some of our staff will be wearing face shields. We will be washing and sanitizing our hands before and after each patient!

We will be performing extra cleaning of the higher touch surfaces around the office.

We love to help everyone with their optical needs. If you are wanting to update your glasses, please let one of our highly trained opticians or optometric assistants do the heavy lifting for you. We are here to keep everyone seeing and looking great but first and foremost, safe. All frames will be handled by our staff and cleaned before being placed back on display.

We want to make sure there is enough space in the office for us to safely distance. We ask that adults come to the appointment alone. If you need assistance to come to the appointment safely, please bring only one support person with you. Siblings that do not have a scheduled appointment will also need to stay home.
